O patrulhamento ciclo na GNR: Que impacto na opinião pública da zona balnear pertencente ao comando territorial de Setúbal

| dc.description.abstract | Quando, no ano 2000, o 1º Pelotão Ciclo iniciou a sua actividade operacional, efectuando Patrulhamento Ciclo nas zonas balneares portuguesas, os seus propulsores estavam longe de imaginar o sucesso que este projecto teria. Passados 10 anos após a sua apresentação oficial, realizou-se um Trabalho de Investigação Aplicada onde se aplica um questionário à população a fim de averiguar qual o impacto que este tipo de patrulhamento teve na sociedade. Devido às dificuldades e limitações naturais, inerentes à realização de um estudo desta natureza, por parte de um aluno da Academia Militar, optou-se por delimitar o Universo em análise, ou seja, a População a ser inquirida, de forma a conseguir-se obter um estudo viável, válido e consistente, limitando a busca de respostas para a temática em questão apenas à zona balnear da Costa da Caparica. Os resultados que a seguir se apresentam reflectem a opinião expressa de 186 inquiridos e demonstram a qualidade e a mais-valia, da prestação deste serviço, por parte dos militares da Guarda Nacional Republicana. Os Inquiridos foram confrontados com questões nas quais se pretendia avaliar o seu grau de satisfação quanto ao número de efectivos, qualidade de serviço prestados, entre outros, e em especial quanto ao facto de verem, ou não, o Patrulhamento Ciclo como uma mais-valia para o cidadão. Confrontados com esta última questão, 96% dos inquiridos não tiveram dúvidas em afirmar que o Patrulhamento Ciclo é uma mais-valia, tornando claro e sem margem para dúvidas, a importância que este tipo de patrulhamento tem e continuará a ter para o garante da nossa segurança. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract By the year 2000, when the 1st Cycle Platoon began its operational activity, doing Cycle Patrol in Portuguese bathing zones, their pioneers were far from imagining the success the project achieved. Ten years after its official presentation, a study of the population was carried out so as to find out the impact that this specific type of patrolling had on society. Due to difficulties and natural limitations, inherent to this kind of studies when carried out by a student of the Academia Militar, we opted to limit the Universe of our study, the population it should analyze, so as to obtain a feasible, valid and consistent study, by limiting the search of answers on this subject only when regarding the bathing area of Costa da Caparica. The following work reflects the opinions expressed by the 186 respondents and demonstrates the value and quality of the services provided on behalf of GNR's militaries. The respondents had to answer to questions that were intended to gauge their satisfaction regarding the number of personnel or the quality of the provided services, among others, and specially whether they consider, or not, the Cycle Patrol as a valuable asset. Faced with this question, 96% of the respondents did not hesitate to say that Cycle Patrol was truly a valuable asset, making it clear and unquestionable the importance that this kind of Patrol has, and will have in the future, when it comes to safeguard our security. | por |
