| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório de estágio consiste num estágio do Mestrado em Engenharia Alimentar da Escola Superior Agrária de Coimbra, que se realizou desde dia nove de janeiro de 2023 até ao dia 30 de junho de 2023 no Centro Médico São Mateus, na área de Higiene e Segurança Alimentar e Higiene e Segurança no Trabalho. O estágio consistiu na realização de serviços de consultoria externa, na áreas de Higiene e Segurança Alimentar e Higiene e Segurança no Trabalho, em que tive a oportunidade de trabalhar com diferentes empresas. Nas empresas onde realizei serviços externos de HSA, tive a oportunidade realizar auditorias, análises microbiológicas, formações, elaborar fichas técnicas e auxiliar da implementação de planos de HACCP. Nos serviços externos de HST, tive a oportunidade de acompanhar auditorias, formações e auxiliar na avaliação de riscos. No final de estágio percebi o quão importante são os serviços de consultoria externa de Higiene e Segurança Alimentar e de Higiene e Segurança no Trabalho. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This internship report consists of an internship for the Master's Degree in Food Engineering at the Escola Superior Agrária de Coimbra, which took place from the 9th of January 2023 until the 30th of June 2023 at the Centro Médico São Mateus, in the area of Hygiene and Safety Food and Hygiene and Safety at Work. The internship consisted of carrying out external consultancy services, in the areas of Food Hygiene and Safety and Occupational Hygiene and Safety, in which I had the opportunity to work with different companies. In companies where I performed external HSA services, I had the opportunity to carry out audits, microbiological analyzes, training, prepare technical sheets and assist in the implementation of HACCP plans. In external HST services, I had the opportunity to follow audits, training and assist in risk assessment. At the end of my internship, I realized how important external consultancy services for Food Hygiene and Safety and Occupational Hygiene and Safety are. | pt_PT |
