Abstract(s)
Nesta constante evolução digital e com uma procura crescente
por soluções educacionais principalmente a distância, nasce o
projeto "EducOn" para tentar enfrentar os desafios encontrados
no Instituto de Emprego e Formação Profissional (IEFP) do
Alentejo, com a implementação das plataformas de ensino a
distância como o Microsoft Teams e o Moodle. Estas ferramentas
apresentaram limitações significativas que afetam a eficácia do
ensino e da experiência da aprendizagem online. No Teams
foram identificados problemas como por exemplo: lentidão,
dificuldades de navegação e falta de ferramentas de avaliação,
enquanto o Moodle, apresenta uma interface pouco intuitiva e a
ausência da videoconferência. Com esta dissertação foco-me em
conceber uma Plataforma Educacional que combine as melhores
funcionalidades do Microsoft Teams e do Moodle, incorporando
inovações tecnológicas e melhorias orientadas pelo feedback dos
utilizadores. Com esta abordagem pretendo superar os
obstáculos identificados, como a comunicação e as estratégias de
avaliação, enriquecendo a experiência educativa a distância.
In this constant digital evolution and with a growing demand for educational solutions, especially distance learning, the "Educing" project is born to address the challenges faced by Instituto de Emprego e Formação Profissional (IEFP) in Alentejo, with the implementation of distance learning platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Moodle. These tools have shown significant limitations that affect the effectiveness of teaching and the online learning experience. In Teams, problems such as slowness, navigation difficulties, and lack of assessment tools were identified, while Moodle presents an unintuitive interface and lacks videoconferencing capabilities. With this dissertation, I focus myself on designing an Educational Platform that combines the best features of Microsoft Teams and Moodle, incorporating technological innovations and improvements guided by user feedback. With this approach, I intend to overcome the identified obstacles, such as communication and assessment strategies, enriching the distance education experience.
