| dc.description.abstract | Da descentralização dos sistemas de informação (SI) atualmente na Força Aérea (FA), que levam à duplicação de tarefas, nos distintos SI, resulta a necessidade de um Sistema Integrado de Gestão da Defesa Nacional (SIGDN), cuja implementação conjunta assume elevada importância, pela sua eficiência operacional bem como a consolidação do seu módulo logístico, a curto/médio prazo. Deste modo, o objetivo desta investigação é analisar o SIGDN, nomeadamente a sua capacidade para integrar o material de aplicação em aeronaves. O objeto de estudo são os SI que atualmente suportam a função abastecimento na FA, analisar as funcionalidades do Sistema de Informação e Gestão de Manutenção e Abastecimento (SIGMA ABAST) e verificar se essas funcionalidades estão disponíveis no SIGDN para implementação futura. Sendo o SIGDN uma plataforma dinâmica e flexível, foi possível confirmar através de entrevistas e análise documental/bibliográfica a sua potencialidade, alcançado com a projeção desta interligação, resultante da investigação realizada. A convergência de todos os SI numa única plataforma na FA, possui adequabilidade para dar resposta às necessidades apresentadas na gestão do material para aeronaves, considerando a obsolescência técnica e funcional dos SI que providenciam suporte à gestão do referido material. Abstract: From the decentralization of information systems (SI) currently in the Air Force (FA), which lead to duplication of tasks, in the different SIs, results the need for an Integrated National Defense Management System (SIGDN), whose joint implementation is of high importance, due to its operational efficiency as well as the consolidation of its logistics module, at a short / medium term. Thus, the objective of this research is to analyse the SIGDN, namely its ability to integrate the application material into aircraft. The object of study is the SI that currently support the supply function in FA, analyse the functionality of the Maintenance and Supply Management Information System (SIGMA ABAST) and verify if these functionalities are available in the SIGDN for future implementation. Since SIGDN was a dynamic and flexible platform, it was possible to confirm through interviews and documentary / bibliographic analysis its potential, achieved with the projection of this interconnection, resulting from the research carried out. The convergence of all SI in a single platform in the FA is adequate to meet the needs presented in the management of aircraft material, considering the technical and functional obsolescence of the SI that provide support to the management of that material. | pt_PT |
