Entre 21 de outubro e 31 de dezembro de 2019 encontrei-me a realizar um estágio numa
das marcas da empresa Finsolutia, S.A. – Nolon Real Estate, marca responsável pela gestão
dos ativos imobiliários provenientes de créditos hipotecários. Neste relatório, haverá uma
incidência sobre a marca Nolon Real Estate, onde a autora deste projeto realizou o seu
estágio no período mencionado.
As tarefas executadas no decorrer do estágio passaram pela criação de campanhas de email
marketing, gestão de parte fulcral o marketing mix (o produto), criação de conteúdo
para as redes sociais e realização de campanhas de Google Ads.
Foram detetadas no decorrer do estágio algumas lacunas no que concerne ao departamento
de marketing digital e, especificamente, aos planeamentos de conteúdos.
Com a ajuda do meu diretor e dos meus colegas de departamento, bem como através de
revisão literária, fui percebendo de que forma é que poderíamos colmatar esta questão.
Este projeto visa apresentar o estágio que frequentei no período acima mencionado e propor
uma estratégia de melhoria das deficiências detetadas.
Between October 21st and December 31st, 2019, I did an internship in one of the brands of the company Finsolutia, S.A. – Nolon Real Estate, responsible for the management of real estate assets arising from mortgage scans. In this report there will be an incidence on the brand Nolon Real Estate, where the author of this project held her internship in the period mentioned. The tasks performed during the internship included creating e-mail marketing campaigns, managing a central part of the marketing mix, creating content for social networks and the producing Google Ads campaigns. Some gaps have been identified during the internship regarding the digital marketing department and, in particular, content planning. With the help of my director and my department colleagues, as well as through literary review, I came to realize how we could address this issue. This project aims to present my internship held in the period mentioned above along with a strategy to improve the deficiencies identified.
