Abstract(s)
O presente Relatório do Projeto de Investigação apresenta um estudo transversal aos contextos de estudo nos quais foram desenvolvidos os estágios em Creche e em Jardim de Infância, no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar, tendo como participantes as Educadoras de Infância Cooperantes e as crianças de cada uma das salas.
A temática em estudo é o Brincar [Social] Espontâneo e a metodologia considerada mais adequada ao estudo empírico posiciona-se na abordagem da investigação-ação.
O método de recolha de informação baseia-se nas entrevistas às Educadoras, sendo complementado pela observação participante, pelas notas de campo e pela análise documental. A este corpus articulam-se as situações vivenciadas nos contextos e os sentimentos experienciados.
Serão interpretados, a partir dos conceitos estudados, da intervenção nos contextos e das situações observadas, alguns aspetos do brincar [social] espontâneo das crianças. O objetivo é dar visibilidade às suas manifestações expressivas, conhecer os seus saberes e os seus modos de viver a infância, nos contextos educativos.
Este Projeto de Investigação tem como intencionalidade primordial não só ter acesso às conceções pedagógicas das Educadoras de Infância acerca do brincar, como também conduzir a uma reflexão acerca da relação entre estas conceções e as práticas desenvolvidas e, ainda, implementar melhorias, nas salas dos contextos de estudo, no que se refere à promoção do brincar das crianças.
Através deste estudo, é possível inferir que o brincar [social] espontâneo é, de facto, valorizado nas conceções e nas práticas das Educadoras participantes no estudo como recurso inigualável no processo de desenvolvimento/aprendizagem na infância.
The current Research Project Report presents a cross-sectional study to educational contexts in which the internships were developed in Nursery and Kindergarten, within the Masters in Pre-School Education, whose the participants are the Cooperating Kindergarten Teachers and the children of each room. The issue in question is the Spontaneous [Social] Play and the methodology considered most appropriate to the empirical study is positioned in the action-research approach. The data collection method is based on interviews with Cooperating Teachers, complemented by participant observation, by field notes and by the document analysis. At this corpus are articulated the situations experienced in the contexts and experienced feelings. It will be interpreted, from the studied concepts, from the intervention in contexts and from the observed situations, some aspects of the spontaneous [social] play. The goal is to give visibility to its expressive manifestations, know their knowledge and their ways of living childhood, in educational contexts. This research project has the primary intention not only have access to pedagogical conceptions of Kindergarten Teachers about the act of play, but also lead to a reflection about the relationship between these conceptions and developed practices and, also, make improvements, as regards the promotion of play of the children. Through this study, we can infer that the spontaneous [social] play is, in fact, valued in conceptions and practices in the participants Educators in the study as unequaled resource in the development/learning process in childhood.
