Abstract(s)
A realização deste relatório surge no âmbito do Mestrado em Gestão de Recursos Humanos e tem como objetivo refletir e analisar o percurso efetuado no desenvolvimento de competências a nível académico, assim como a nível profissional, na realização do estágio.
Este documento tem o propósito de detalhar as atividades desempenhadas ao longo do estágio, oferecendo uma análise das práticas adotadas pela empresa, onde o estágio foi realizado. Em que essa oportunidade permitiu adquirir experiência prática, transformando o conhecimento teórico em aplicação prática e adquirir ainda mais conhecimentos, no que são as diferentes áreas de Recursos Humanos.
Durante um período de 240 horas, entre 25 de setembro e 21 de novembro, foi realizado o estágio no Grupo Largo Tempo, desempenhando a função de estagiária na área de RH.
Assim, o relatório tem como intuito descrever as atividades realizadas, tendo em consideração os objetivos propostos previamente, abordando o percurso realizado durante o estágio e refletindo sobre as competências desenvolvidas ao longo desse processo.
No âmbito do desenvolvimento de competências foi realizada uma revisão da literatura sobre uma temática pertinente às áreas de RH desempenhadas no decorrer do estágio.
A elaboração deste relatório contempla a contextualização do local de estágio, descrevendo as tarefas desempenhadas, fazendo também uma reflexão sobre o mesmo, sendo por conseguinte, realizada uma análise crítica e refletiva. Terminando com uma proposta de melhorias.
Dado o carácter de confidencialidade de alguns dados relativamente à empresa, nalguns dos casos não foi possível aceder a estes e, noutros casos, não é possível apresentá-los no presente relatório, o que impôs alguns desafios na concretização dos objetivos propostos.
The realization of this report arises within the scope of the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and aims to reflect and analyze the path taken in the development of skills at an academic level, as well as at a professional level, in the duration of the internship. This document has the purpose of detailing the activities performed throughout the internship, offering an analysis of the practices adopted by the company, where the internship was carried out. In which this opportunity allowed to acquire practical experience, transforming theoretical knowledge into practical application and acquiring even more knowledge, in what are the different areas of Human Resources. During a period of 240 hours, between September 25th and November 21st, the internship was carried out at the Largo Tempo Group, performing the role of intern in the HR area. Thus, the report aims to describe the activities carried out, taking into account the objectives previously proposed, addressing the path taken during the internship and reflecting on the skills developed throughout this process. Within the scope of skills development, a literature review was carried out on a topic relevant to the HR areas performed during the internship. The preparation of this report contemplates the contextualization of the internship place, describing the tasks performed, also making a reflection on it, and therefore a critical and reflective analysis is carried out. Ending with a proposal for improvements. Given the confidentiality of some data in relation to the company, in some cases it was not possible to access them, and, in other cases, it is not possible to present them in this report, which imposed some challenges in achieving the proposed objectives.
