Abstract(s)
A conjuntura brasileira caracteriza-se por sua economia competitiva; respeito aos princípios constitucionais e ao Direito Internacional; extraordinário potencial de recursos minerais, biodiversidade e fontes energéticas; instituições nacionais que têm dado demonstrações de estabilidade em meio a crises; e a plena vigência do processo democrático. No entanto, o País não está livre das ameaças presentes num mundo cada vez mais globalizado, sendo fundamental o papel das coligações internacionais. Nesse sentido, Brasil, Portugal e a CPLP, associados aos blocos regionais de interesse, MERCOSUL e a UE, geram sinergias, de modo a contraporem-se às vulnerabilidades. Desta forma, compreende-se a importância da realização deste trabalho acadêmico, que empregou o método dedutivo por meio de investigação científica, resultando na apresentação das principais possibilidades e desafios para Portugal e CPLP, a partir das perspectivas de desenvolvimento do Brasil que, certamente, contribuirão para fortalecer, ainda mais, os laços de amizade e solidariedade entre os Países Lusófonos. Abstract: The Brazilian conjuncture is characterized by its competitive economy; it respects the constitutional principles and the International Law; it has an extraordinary potential of mineral resources, biodiversity and energy sources; its national institutions demonstrated stability at moments of crisis and its democratic process is fully valid. However, the country is not free from the threats that exist in a more and more globalized world, which makes the role of international coalitions a fundamental one. In this context, Brazil, Portugal and CPLP, associated to the regional blocks of interest, MERCOSUL and UE, generate synergies, thus opposing vulnerabilities. This justifies the importance of this academic work, which used the deductive method by means of scientific research, and resulted in the presentation of the main chances and challenges for Portugal and CPLP, from the perspectives of development of Brazil that, certainly, will contribute to fortify, even more, the bows of friendship and solidarity between the Portuguese speaking Countries.
