Abstract(s)
A presença de ecrãs no quotidiano das famílias tem aumentado significativamente nos
últimos anos.
Existe uma preocupação crescente na compreensão dos impactos que podem advir da
utilização de ecrãs na vida da criança/jovem, conduzindo a que instituições de relevo emanem
recomendações sobre a forma adequada de utilização procurando minimizar o seu impacto
negativo potencial.
Recorrendo à metodologia de projeto, desenvolvemos um projeto de intervenção com base
na investigação, na segurança e na qualidade de vida, apoiado no modelo de promoção de saúde
de Nola Pender, intitulado - Utilização Adequada de Ecrãs na Idade Pediátrica: Intervenção do
Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica.
O presente relatório pretende evidenciar os resultados de aprendizagem, de forma reflexiva,
durante o Estágio Final, bem como a aplicação do projeto e a aquisição/desenvolvimento de
competências comuns e específicas de Enfermeira Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde
Infantil e Pediátrica e de Mestre.
The presence of screens in the daily lives of families has increased significantly in recent years. There is a growing concern to understand the impacts that may arise from the use of screens in the life of children/youths, leading to important institutions issuing recommendations on the appropriate way of using them to minimize their potential negative impact. Using the project methodology, we developed an intervention project based on research, safety and quality of life, supported by Nola Pender’s health promotion model, entitled – Appropriate Use of Screens in Pediatric Age: Intervention by the Specialist Nurse in Nursing Child and Pediatric Health. This report intends to highlight the learning outcomes, in a reflective way, during the final Internship, as well as the application of the project and the acquisition/development of common and specific skills of a Specialist Nurse in Child and Pediatric Health Nursing and of a Master’s Degree.
