Abstract(s)
O presente relatório foi desenvolvido através da realização do estágio curricular na empresa Grupo MEGASA – Siderurgia Nacional do Seixal, no departamento de Recursos Humanos, com a finalidade de obter o grau de mestre em Gestão e Estratégia Empresarial, pela Universidade Europeia. As atividades desenvolvidas durante o período de estágio focaram-se principalmente nas PGRH, nomeadamente o recrutamento & seleção, acolhimento/integração e formação. Este relatório encontra-se dividido em vários capítulos, sendo que os mais relevantes dizem respeito à revisão da literatura, onde foram abordados autores de referência sobre as PGRH, apresentação da organização e atividades desempenhadas pela estagiária. Após a experiência do estágio, foi elaborado um balanço crítico através da análise SWOT e uma proposta de melhoria sobre a prática da formação, gestão de empresas externas.
This report was developed through the completion of the internship at Group MEGASA – Steel Industry of Seixal, in the Human Resources department, with the purpose of obtaining a master´s degree in Management and Business Strategy, from University Europeia. The activities developed during the internship period focused mainly on Human Resource Management Practices, namely recruitment and selection, reception/integration and training. This report is divided in several chapters, the most relevant of which concern literature review, where reference authors on human resource practices were mentioned, presentation of the organization and the activities performed by the intern. After the acquired experience in the internship, a critical balance, throught SWOT analysis, and a proposal for improvement on training and management practices of external companies were both prepared.
