| dc.description.abstract | Na procura da manutenção e desenvolvimento de uma educação militar de excelência, analisa-se a estrutura actual do Ensino Superior Militar e revê-se a evolução da Declaração de Bolonha, no contexto nacional, salientando os seus objectivos e procedimentos. Face aos condicionalismos que tais procedimentos e metas impõem, estuda-se a necessidade de convergência do Ensino Superior Militar Universitário e Politécnico, no que concerne à sua inserção na estrutura do sistema de ensino, integração no referencial de avaliação, qualidade, racionalização de meios, postura estratégica, imperativos económicos e tendências. Apresentam-se algumas modalidades de acção possíveis, suas vantagens e inconvenientes, visando manter a capacidade de adaptação permanente à evolução do edifício normativo do Ensino Superior e à emergência de novos saberes e tecnologias. Deseja-se promover uma formação ao longo da carreira, com proveito institucional militar, reconhecimento académico, social e económico, mantendo a legibilidade dos graus obtidos no Espaço Europeu e Nacional. Abstract: Seeking to maintain and develop a military education of excellence we analyze the current structure of the army military high education and review the evolution of Bologna’s Declaration outlining its subjects and proceedings. Due to the boundaries imposed by the procedures and goals of Bologna’s Declaration, we study the need to converge the University and Polytechnic army military high education, in what concerns it’s insertion in the structure of the teaching organization, integration on the evaluation schema, its quality, rationale, strategic position and economical aspects. We point out some of the possible courses of action and the relative merits and inconveniences, to promote formation trough out the career with benefits for the army, and academic, economic and social recognition. We wish also to maintain the capacity to adapt to the evolution of the legislative body of higher education and to the appearance of new technology, as well as to maintain the readability of the degrees obtained, both in the European and National territories. | pt_PT |
