O presente relatório de estágio apresenta o estágio curricular realizado na empresa SKILL-LIS, no Departamento de Recursos Humanos, a fim de concluir o mestrado em Gestão e Estratégia Empresarial.
As atividades desenvolvidas centraram-se no recrutamento online de profissionais especializados na área de Tecnologias da Informação. Foi aprofundado o modo como um processo de recrutamento deve ser executado e como deve ser realizada uma entrevista de pré-seleção com o intuito de avaliar se um candidato possui os requisitos mínimos para uma vaga.
Este relatório está dividido em cinco capítulos. O primeiro capítulo diz respeito à revisão de literatura, onde são abordados os temas relacionados com o processo de recrutamento e seleção, bem como, o recrutamento via redes sociais, de modo a sustentar as atividades desenvolvidades durante o estágio curricular. Segue-se o capítulo destinado à organização onde é descrita a sua origem e história, a sua estrutura atual, em conjunto com outras informações importantes. O terceiro capítulo foca-se no estágio curricular onde é descrito o processo de acolhimento e integração assim como a descrição de todas as tarefas desenvolvidas durante o estágio. No quarto capítulo apresenta-se uma proposta de melhoria relativa a alguns procedimentos na organização e por último é apresentado o balanço crítico. O balanço crítico refere-se a uma reflexão sobre as expectativas, competências e capacidades pessoais desenvolvidas, acompanhado por uma conclusão final desta experiência.
This internship report is a result of the curriculum internship at the SKILL-LIS company in the Human Resources Department, in order to complete the Master's Degree in Management and Business Strategy. The activities developed focused on the online recruitment of professionals specialized in the area of Information Technologies. As such, a full understanding of how a recruitment process should be implemented and how a pre-selection interview should be conducted to assess if a candidate has the minimum requirements for a position. Topics that will be developed throughout this report. This report is divided into five chapters. The first chapter concerns the literature review, where topics related to the recruitment and selection process are developed, as well as recruitment by social networks, in order to sustain the activities development during the intership. The next chapter presented the organization, describing its origin and history, its current structure, along with other important information. The third chapter focuses on the curriculum stage where the whole process of reception and integration is exemplified and all the tasks developed during the internship are described in detail. At the end is presented an improvement proposal in order to made some progress in the organization and then is presented the critical balance with a final conclusion based on this experience.
