Para concluir o Mestrado em Marketing Digital foi proposta a elaboração de uma Dissertação, de um Projeto ou de um Estágio para então apresentar um relatório do mesmo. Neste caso específico, a aluna optou por realizar um estágio que lhe permitisse aliar os conhecimentos adquiridos durante o período de aulas com experiência profissional. O Estágio decorreu entre novembro de 2017 e janeiro de 2018 numa agência de Marketing Digital – Make It Digital. Assim, a primeira parte deste relatório aborda o enquadramento teórico sobre o aparecimento do conceito de Marketing, passando pelo Marketing Digital até à importância das redes sociais. A segunda parte do presente documento aborda o enquadramento prático, onde a empresa é apresentada e é feita uma descrição das tarefas desenvolvidas. Por último, serão apresentados os resultados destas tarefas e algumas conclusões e sugestões de melhoria.
To conclude the Digital Marketing master's degree, it was proposed to the students to do a Dissertation, a Project or an Internship to then present a Internship Report. In this case, the student chose to do an Internship so she could conciliate the knowledge acquired during classes with some professional experience. The internship took place at a digital marketing agency called Marketing Digital from November 2017 to January 2018. Therefore, the first topic discussed in this report is the theoretical framework about the appearance of the concept of Marketing, the Digital Marketing to the importance of Social Media. The second subject covered is the practical framework, which consists of the presentation of the company and the description of several tasks done during the internship. Last but not least, the final results of the tasks done will be presented such as some conclusions and improvement suggestions.
