| dc.description.abstract | Sendo que agora nos aproximamos novamente do início da fase crítica dos incêndios florestais no nosso país, flagelo que nos assola ano após ano e com um elevado grau de perda de vidas e de grandes áreas florestais com grande impacto sócio económico na nossa sociedade. Pretendo que este trabalho possa de alguma forma melhorar, ou mesmo chamar a atenção para a utilização de uma ferramenta que, já é utilizada em Portugal com bastante sucesso, as máquinas de rasto, mas que na minha opinião pode ser melhorada. Não na forma como o operador trabalha com a máquina ou na zona onde o poder de decisão operacional decide aplicá-la, mas mais a montante, nomeadamente na formação do operador, no treino operacional que as máquinas e elementos de apoio da mesma podem realizar fora da época de incêndios. Na criação de um técnico de máquinas de rasto que possa executar uma ligação eficaz entre posto de comando e pessoal no terreno, ou mesmo um pré-posicionamento que permita uma chegada mais rápida ao Teatro Operacional. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Looking now, that we come again close the beginning of the critical phase of forest fires in our country, scourge that plagues us year after year and with a high degree of loss of life and large forest areas with high socio-economic impact on our society. The purpose of this work is to somehow improve, or even draw attention to the use of a tool that is already used in Portugal with great success, the Bulldozers, but which in my opinion can be improved. Not in the way the operator works with the machine or in the area where the capability of operational decisions are made, but further upstream, particularly in operator training, or the standard training operations that the machines and supporting elements there of may carry out the inside or outside the fire season. The creation of a technician in bulldozers, that can perform an effective liaison between headquarters and field staff, or even a presett of the dozers that allows a faster arrival on the wildland fire. | pt_PT |
