Com o aparecimento do novo regime de contratação militar de dois anos renovável
anualmente por um período máximo de seis anos, achámos importante estudar quais as
principais razões que levavam os civis a candidatar-se. Assim sendo, o objetivo deste trabalho
é identificar os incentivos militares que seduzem mais os civis. Este estudo é analisado da parte
dos civis e da parte dos “ex-civis”, ou seja, atuais militares.
Para a execução deste trabalho foram realizados inquéritos a civis e a militares sobre o
grau de importância e de satisfação de determinados valores laborais. Além do que referimos,
também foi realizado uma entrevista a pessoas que tenham ou estejam a passar por este regime
de contratação, de cada uma das áreas das FA (Marinha, Exército e Força Aérea), com o efeito
de recolher dados relevantes para o desenvolvimento desta dissertação de mestrado.
Para completar foi recolhido informação bibliográfica sobre os principais temas dentro
das áreas militares, com o fim de nos enquadrarmos nesta área.
With the new military hiring system of two years renewable annualy for the maximum period of six years, we found it important to study what were the main reasons that led civilians to list themselves for duty. Therefore, the objective of this work is to identify the incentives given by the military that could seduce civilians. This survey show us results from both civilian and mitilary points-of-view. For the execution of this work several inquiries to civilians and militaries about their satisfaction on labour values were taken. The inquiries to those who were on duty were taken considering all parts of the Armed Forces (Navy, Army and the Air Force) so this work could be done with high levels of accuracy. To complete it, bibliographic information was gathered about the main subjects inside each part of the military to better understand this matter.
