O presente estudo teve como objetivo a análise da relação entre a perceção de justiça organizacional e o burnout, mediada pelo compromisso organizacional durante a pandemia de Covid-19 Uma análise a 138 colaboradores de uma empresa de consultoria e auditoria permitiu concluir que o burnout é, em parte, explicado pela perceção de justiça organizacional. Adicionalmente, os resultados sugerem que o compromisso organizacional é um mediador da relação entre a perceção de justiça organizacional e o burnout.
The main focus of the present study was the analysis of the relationship between the perceptions of organizational justice and burnout, mediated by organizational commitment during the Covid-19 pandemic. An analysis of 138 employees from a consulting and auditing firm allowed us to conclude that burnout is, in part, explained by the perceptions of organizational justice. Furthermore, the results suggest that the organizational commitment is a mediator of the relationship between perceptions of organizational justice and burnout.
