O presente trabalho versou sobre o Oficial de Ligação aos Adeptos e o seu contributo na
dimensão service da gestão do policiamento desportivo. Foi realizado um estudo teórico,
através de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, para verificar a importância da dimensão
service num modelo integrado de policiamento desportivo, centrando o estudo na aos jogos
de futebol, em consonância com o modelo gerado, pelo Conselho da Europa, na
Convenção de Saint Denis. Percorremos a evolução do modelo até à inclusão da
preocupação com a hospitalidade e o diálogo com os adeptos, fazendo um estudo sobre os
deveres do agente desportivo do Oficial de Ligação ao Adepto e uma análise ao regime
jurídico que lhe é aplicado. Para verificar o reconhecimento do seu papel no diálogo com
os adeptos e a forma como este releva para as polícias foram abordadas questões
relacionadas com os requisitos de formação e os deveres deste. Verificou-se pertinência da
aplicação desta boa prática que é reconhecida a nível internacional.
The present work focuses on the Fan Liaison Officer and his contribution to the service dimension of sports policing management. A theoretical study was carried out, through bibliographic and documentary research, to verify the importance of the service dimension in an integrated model of sports policing, focusing the study on soccer games, in line with the model generated by the Council of Europe at the Saint Denis Convention. We go through the evolution of the model until the inclusion of the concern with hospitality and dialogue with the fans, making a study on the duties of the sports agent of the Fan Liaison Officer and an analysis of the legal regime that applies to him. In order to verify the recognition of his role in the dialogue with the fans and the way it is relevant for the police, issues related to training requirements and the duties of this officer were addressed. It was verified the pertinence of the application of this good practice that is recognized at an international level.
