O presente relatório é o resultado das atividades desempenhadas no departamento de It Skills na empresa ITEN Solutions, SA, no âmbito da disciplina de Estágio Curricular, para conclusão do curso de Mestrado em Gestão e Estratégia Empresarial. O objetivo do relatório é mostrar as vantagens e desvantagens do outsourcing e em que medida este pode influenciar o desempenho da organização. Para realização do mesmo, foi feita uma recolha de informações através de documentos bibliográficos relativos ao tema.
Os recursos humanos são a principal força de uma organização e devem ser vistos como um fator estratégico, pois uma vez motivados e satisfeitos com o seu trabalho irão dar o melhor de si em prol da empresa, ou seja, como se costuma dizer na gíria “vestem a camisola”.
O outsourcing de recursos humanos acontece quando uma empresa contrata outra e a incumbe da responsabilidade e execução sobre todos os processos relacionados as funções de RH para o negócio.

The purpose of the report is to show the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing and to what extent it can influence the performance of the organization. For the accomplishment of the same was made a collection of information through bibliographical documents related to the theme. First, The Human Resources is the main force in the company and it must be seeing as strategy factor, because once people get motivated and satisfied with your services they will give the best for the company, in other words, as it's said in slang “they wear your shirt ". Human Resources outsourcing happens when one company hires another and is responsible for the responsibility and execution over all processes related to RH functions for the business.
