Abstract(s)
A situação dos antigos combatentes e deficientes de guerra tornou-se uma preocupação que exige a atenção dos governantes no sentido de encarar, consolidar e concretizar o quadro legal aplicável, de forma a defender os valores fundamentais e proporcionar condições sociais adequadas aos que contribuíram para a fundação da atual sociedade angolana.
Nesse sentido, a realidade atual constitui um grande desafio para o governo no sentido de encontrar mecanismos que facilitem a reintegração social dos Antigos Combatentes.
O exemplo de Angola é motivo de orgulho, onde as forças vivas da Nação, nomeadamente as FAPLA, a FALA, a FNLA e a FLEC, pertencem hoje a um Exército único empenhado em cumprir e fazer cumprir a Constituição da República.
A reconciliação nacional no processo de paz constituiu uma lição para todos, permitindo a estabilidade, o desenvolvimento e o bem-estar de dos angolanos.
Este processo de construção do Exército único não foi fácil, pela complexidade política decorrente da exposição do País ao período do conflito armado que se arrastou por mais de três décadas de uma guerra interna devastadora.
Contudo, este processo tornou muito importante para a atual identidade nacional. Trouxe benefícios e ganhos que o povo angolano hoje vive em paz e liberdade, permitindo a livre circulação de pessoas e bens, o direito à assistência médica e medicamentosa, a reabilitação de infraestruturas, estradas, pontes, hospitais e escolas.
Sendo a proteção social dos Antigos Combatentes e Deficientes de Guerra um dos assuntos que merece a atenção especial dos governantes de Angola, sugerimos, no final do trabalho, um modelo para o futuro. Abstract: The issue of former combatants and disabled veterans has become a concern of society.
Today is a trauma that darns attention to the rulers in order to face enhance and consolidate the legal framework in order to defend thr fundamental values and to provide appropriate social condictions that contributed to the foundation of the current Angolan society.
Indeed the current reality is a major challenge of governments to bring enjoins
mechanisms that facilitate their social reintegration as a privileged right in recognition for contribution in defending the interests of territorial integrity.
The example of Angola is proud of where the living forces of the nation namely the FAPLA, FNLA and FLEC belong to a single army, with the same ideas, and dependent on the constitution.
National reconciliation in the peace process is a lesson allowing the stability, development and welfare of all Angolans.
Clearly it was not easy, with a view to be the only Army, for its political complexity and for various reasons that the country was exposed during periods of armed conflict which met for more than three decades devastating internal war.
Has become a very useful an important process that has brought benefits and gains that the Angolan people now living namely, access to freedom free movement of people and goods the right to medical assistance, the in their convergence rehabilitee station infrastructure roads, bridges, hospitals, schools.
As social protection of war veterans and disabled one of the issues that deserve special attention of governments of Angola, we suggetes at the end of the work a model for the future.
