Este projeto centra-se na resolução de um problema, a troca de peças semelhantes, que ocorre durante o processo de fabrico de peças numa instalação da indústria aeronáutica. Utilizou-se uma combinação de ferramentas de qualidade, para ajudar a analisar e intervir sobre o problema, nomeadamente estudo das Não Conformidades, gráfico de Pareto, diagrama Causa- Efeito, Análise de Modo de Falha e Efeitos (FMEA) e modelo Kano. Após caracterização detalhada do problema, foi identificado o incumprimento das instruções das gamas de fabrico, como uma das causas. Realizou-se um estudo junto dos operadores para avaliar quais as características das instruções que mais valorizam e que os possam ajudar a evitar a troca de peças semelhantes. Foi utilizado o modelo Kano, onde os clientes inquiridos foram os utilizadores (clientes internos) das gamas de fabrico (o produto). Em resultado deste projeto é proposta a implementação de uma metodologia robusta para gestão de rastreabilidade das peças, com soluções que vão de encontro à expectativa e satisfação do cliente interno, que permitirão reduzir as Não Conformidades resultantes da troca de peças semelhantes.
This project focuses on solving a problem, the swapping of similar parts, that occurs during the manufacturing process in an aerospace industry facility. A combination of quality tools was employed to analyze and intervene in the problem, including the study of Non-Conformities, Pareto Chart, Cause-and-Effect Diagram, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and the Kano Model. Following a detailed characterization of the issue, non-compliance with manufacturing range instructions was identified as one of the root causes. A study was conducted among operators to assess which characteristics of the instructions they value most and which would help them prevent the interchange of similar parts. The Kano Model was applied, considering the users (internal customers) of the manufacturing ranges (the product) as the surveyed respondents. As a result, the implementation of a robust methodology for traceability management of parts is proposed. The proposed solutions align with internal customer expectations and satisfaction, contributing to a reduction in Non-Conformities caused by the interchange of similar parts.
