O presente relatório pretende descrever a experiência de estágio da estudante Marta Pena da Costa de Ávila na agência criativa A EQUIPA.
A realização do estágio teve como objetivo principal tomar contacto com a realidade profissional a partir da área do design, possibilitar a implementação de conhecimentos adquiridos durante o mestrado, ampliando a sua compreensão e desenvolvendo competências em contexto laboral. Ao longo do documento será apresentada uma revisão literária que introduz as temáticas abordadas durante o relato da experiência profissional. Estas serão abordadas através de uma marca que se divide em desafios de modo a representar as funções realizadas e a respetiva evolução do desempenho.
Para conhecer o melhor possível a marca abordada e os principais players do setor onde se insere, foram realizadas atividades relacionadas com benchmarking, research online e visitas Cliente Mistério. Os diversos trabalhos tiveram como objetivo principal uma reconstrução e gestão da situação atual da marca Widex.
This report is about the student Marta Pena da Costa de Ávila internship experience in the creative agency - A EQUIPA. The main propose of the internship was to be the first real work experience, where the student could learn about design, at the same time, be able to use some of the skills learned in the master. In this report will be shown a literature review, introducing the themes approached in the internship. In this context, it will be discussed the one brand that fall into challenges to represent the functions performed and the performance’s evolution. In order to meet the brands interests and as a way to learn how the major players in the industry operate, the student, between other roles worked in benchmarketing, online research and visit some stores as mistery client. The several works had as main objective the re-construction and management of the actual situation of the Brand Widex.
