O papel da GNR na delinquĂȘncia juvenil

| dc.description.abstract | A DelinquĂȘncia Juvenil Ă© uma problemĂĄtica que preocupa a sociedade e consequentemente as Forças de Segurança. Por um lado, deve existir uma intervenção adequada de carĂĄter preventivo na infĂąncia, a fim de atenuar o aumento da delinquĂȘncia. Por outro lado, torna-se tambĂ©m importante a proteção de crianças e jovens alvos de maus tratos por parte dos progenitores ou de outros familiares. Com o presente estudo pretende-se compreender a forma de atuação da GNR no Sistema de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens e identificar a importĂąncia da sua participação nas ComissĂ”es de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens, com vista Ă proteção dos menores. A metodologia de investigação adotada assenta na passagem das fases de rutura, construção e verificação. AtravĂ©s de uma abordagem dedutiva, baseada na condução de um raciocĂnio lĂłgico que parte uma ideia geral para o particular, chegando-se a vĂĄrias conclusĂ”es. O trabalho estrutura-se em duas partes fundamentais, a parte teĂłrica e a parte prĂĄtica. A primeira parte baseia-se na anĂĄlise dos conceitos relacionados com a temĂĄtica, complementado com um enquadramento legal da DelinquĂȘncia Juvenil e do Sistema de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens. Posteriormente, na parte prĂĄtica, pretende-se recolher informaçÔes e dados que permitam chegar Ă s conclusĂ”es e responder Ă problemĂĄtica lançada no inĂcio do estudo. Com a realização deste trabalho compreendeu-se que a GNR Ă© considerada um parceiro fundamental nas ComissĂ”es, mas a fim de melhorar esta parceria, os militares da GNR deveriam ter uma formação de base especifica nesta temĂĄtica. Conclui-se, com este estudo, que a GNR Ă© uma entidade de extrema importĂąncia para a ComissĂŁo de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens na proteção de menores e prevenção da DelinquĂȘncia Juvenil. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract The juvenile delinquency is a problematic which concerns society and consequently Security Forces. In one hand there must exist an appropriate intervention, with a preventive nature in childhood, in order to attenuate the increase of delinquency. In other hand, it is also important the protection of children and young, object of abuse by parents or other relatives. With the present study, it is intended to understand the course of action of GNR in the protection system for children at risk, and identify the importance of GNR participation in the Commission for the Protection of Children and Youth. The research methodology adopted is based on the passage of stages of rupture, construction and verification. Through a deductive approach, based in a logical reasoning that part of a general idea to the particular, we can reach up to several conclusions. The paper work is structured in two main parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The first part is the analysis of concepts related with theme, complemented with legal framework of the Juvenile Delinquency and protection system for children and youth. Posteriorly, in the practical part, we intend to gather information and data to come upon conclusions which will respond the problematic raised in the beginning of the study. With this work it was understood that the GNR is considered a key partner in the commissions, but in order to improve this partnership, the militaries from GNR should have basic training in this specific topic. It is concluded from this study that the GNR is an entity of the utmost importance for the Commission for the Protection of Children and Youth, in child protection and in the prevention of juvenile delinquency. | por |
