Abstract(s)
A relação entre as Práticas de Gestão de Recursos Humanos e a Satisfação dos trabalhadores é o tema da presente Dissertação de Mestrado. Esta temática por um lado visa identificar quais as práticas de gestão de recursos humanos que estão associadas a maiores níveis de satisfação dos trabalhadores e por outro lado tentar compreender quais das dimensões da satisfação no trabalho têm um maior impacto nos trabalhadores.
Para tal, procedeu-se à aplicação de um inquérito por questionário na empresa HIQ Consulting S.A, que atua na área dos sistemas de informação, subdividido nestas duas temáticas, tendo-se obtido 55 respostas válidas por parte dos trabalhadores da mesma.
A presente dissertação assenta numa investigação de nível quantitativo, correlacional, sendo os dados tratados através da ferramenta estatística SPSS. Os resultados obtidos demonstram que existe uma relação positiva entre as práticas de gestão de recursos humanos e a satisfação dos trabalhadores, sendo que esta não é muito elevada.
