Este relatório do trabalho de projeto - Cuidar com qualidade a pessoa
intoxicada por organofosforados (OF) na sala de emergência, resulta de um
processo de aprendizagem, durante o estágio, do 1º Curso de Mestrado em
Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, que decorreu no Serviço de Urgência (SU), de um
Hospital Alentejano. Com a elaboração deste relatório, pretendemos transmitir a
partir de uma prática reflexiva, as aprendizagens em contexto de prática do
ensino clínico; contribuir, suportado na evidência, para o desenvolvimento dos
saberes teóricos e práxicos da enfermagem na área da especialidade e divulgar
os resultados obtidos após a execução do projeto. Visando a aquisição de
competências de Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, em particular
em Pessoa em Situação Crítica e as competências de Mestre em Enfermagem
Médico-Cirúrgica.Com a revisão da literatura consultada e selecionada, criámos um referencial
teórico, que nos ajudou a interpretar os resultados obtidos ao longo do projeto, de
modo a justificarmos as nossas intervenções na prestação de cuidados especializados à pessoa em situação crítica.O Projeto de Intervenção em Serviço (PIS) foi elaborado de acordo com a
metodologia de projeto, tendo como tema de desenvolvimento o cuidado à pessoa
intoxicada por organofosforados (OF) na sala de emergência. Anuímos que as
intoxicações por organofosforados são uma emergência clínica, com necessidade
de atuação imediata, pelo que houve pertinência para aprofundar e transmitir
conhecimentos científicos e práticos nesta área. Com esse desígnio fundamental
elaborámos um “Protocolo para cuidar com qualidade a pessoa intoxicada por
organofosforados, na sala de emergência”. Que demonstra ser uma das áreas em
que o Enfermeiro Especialista e Mestre em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica devem
investir no contexto da sua intervenção, de forma a contribuir para a qualidade
dos cuidados prestados, na busca constante da excelência do Cuidar em
Enfermagem em Pessoa em Situação Crítica.
Abstract:This project’s work report - Caring with quality the intoxicated person by organophosphorus (OP) in the emergency room, results of a learning process, during the clinical stage, of the 1st Masters Course in Medical-Surgical Nursing, held at Emergency Service (ES), of one Alentejano Hospital. With this report we want to transmit throw a reflective practice, the learned in the context of clinical practice teaching; contribute, supported in evidence, for the development of theoretical knowledge and praxis in the area of nursing specialty and disseminate the results obtained after project execution. Aiming the acquire skills Specialist in Medical-Surgical Nursing, in particular in person in critical condition and the skills of Master of Medical-Surgical Nursing. With the review of literature that was founded and selected, we created a theoretical framework, which helped us to interpret the results obtained during the project, in order to justify our interventions in providing specialized care to the Person in Critical Condition. The Intervention Project in Service (PIS) was prepared in accordance with the design methodology, having as development theme the care to intoxicated person by organophosphate (OP) in the emergency room. We agree that organophosphate poisonings are a medical emergency, requiring immediate action, it is relevance to deepen and transmit scientific and practical knowledge in this area. With this fundamental design was produced a "Protocol for care with quality a person intoxicated by organophosphates, in the emergency room”. That proves to be one of the areas in which the Nurse Specialist and Master in Medical- Surgical Nursing must invest in the context of his intervention in order to contribute to the quality of care, in constant pursuit of excellence in Nursing Care in Person Critic Status.
