| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho teve como propósito responder ao problema teórico: quais os desafios que enfrenta e através de que formas pode o Museu da Polícia gerar sinergias positivas em benefício da instituição Polícia de Segurança Pública? Este objetivo macro procurou complementar-se com outros objetivos e reflexões parcelares tais como procurar discernir sobre o contributo do Museu da Polícia para a instituição, a sua comunicação para o público externo, bem como os seus potenciais efeitos positivos na construção de uma corporação sólida, coesa, com auto-estima e sentimento de pertença para o público interno. O conceito do museu, localizado em pleno Chiado, deve refletir a longevidade e importância histórica da instituição policial na sociedade portuguesa desde 1867, mas deve também ser, com a comunicação e experiência no local adequadas, uma plataforma de entendimento do passado, proximidade para o presente e tecnologia para o futuro, fruto da diversidade e exigência do público heterogéneo do qual irá ser anfitrião. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this paper was to answer the theoretical problem: what are the challenges and in what ways can the Police Museum generate positive synergies for the benefit of Public Security Police institution? This macro goal sought to complement itself with other objectives and partial reflections, such as seeking to discern the contribution of the Police Museum to the institution, its communication to the external public as well as its potential positive effects on the construction of a solid, cohesive corporation, with self-esteem and sense of belonging for the internal public. The concept of the museum, located in the heart of Chiado, must reflect the longevity and historical importance of the police institution in the Portuguese society since 1867 but it must also be, with the right communication and on-site experience, a platform for understanding of the past, of proximity for the present and technology for the future because of the diversity and demand of the heterogeneous public that it will host. | |
