NĂŁo Ă© novo que as emoçÔes desempenham um papel regulador do procedimento de um indivĂduo, pelo que a emoção estĂĄ intimamente ligada Ă vida de um organismo.
A emoção é uma componente essencial do comportamento humano, estando associada a assuntos que envolvem riscos e conflitos.
A utilização das nossas emoçÔes de modo a melhorar o nosso desempenho pessoal e profissional, remetemos para o conceito de InteligĂȘncia Emocional.
Perante isto, as organizaçÔes devem ser capazes de apelar e utilizar, através da delineação de medidas de esforços no sentido de estimular o envolvimento dos colaboradores e consequentemente aumentar o seu envolvimento e a sua performance.
Na realidade este é um conceito que é conhecido pelas organizaçÔes? Mais do que conhecido é aplicado pelas organizaçÔes? à reconhecido como uma ferramenta que acrescenta valor para a organização? Estas são algumas das questÔes que se pretende dar resposta no presente trabalho.
It is not new that emotions play a regulatory role of an individual procedure, so the emotion is closely linked to the life of an organism. Emotion is an essential component of human behavior, is associated with matters that involve risks and conflicts. The use of our emotions to improve our personal and professional performance, refer to the concept of Emotional Intelligence. Given this organizations should be able to appeal and use, through the delineation efforts measures to stimulate the involvement of employees and consequently increase their involvement and their performance. In reality this is a concept that is known by the organizations? More than known is implemented by organizations? It is recognized as a tool that adds value to the organization? These are some of the questions we want to address in this study.
