The application of fully digital workflows in dentistry requires the mastery of new techniques, particularly in full-arch implant rehabilitation, where a consensual clinical protocol has yet to be established within the scientific community. Photogrammetry may serve as a useful alternative for implantsupported rehabilitation. This analysis aimed to understand how this technology benefits clinical practice, especially in the contexto of oral rehabilitation. Particular attention was paid to its reliability as na alternative to digital implant impressions obtained via intraoral scanners, evaluating its potential to improve procedural accuracy and treatment outcomes. The study was conducted in alignment with the Preferred Rporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta.Analyses (PRISMA) methodology. Exclusion and inclusion criteria were defined and applied to the studies identified . Articles from the PubMed/MEDLINE and Web of Science databases were analyzed based on previously established criteria. A total of 36 articles were included based on the established inclusion criteria. The evidence consistently demonstrates that photogrammetry is a highly reliable alternative, proving to be a valuable tool for clinical practice and the digital workflow. The analyzed evidence confirms that photogrammetry constitutes a highly reliable digital alternative, superior to conventional intraoral scanning. Increased accuracy and precision were corroborated by the studies, wich validated the use of photogrammetry as a highly predictable method for capturing the threedimensional positioning of implants.
