O presente relatório de estágio, realizado no âmbito do Mestrado de Gestão de Turismo, descreve a experiência adquirida no Departamento Comercial no grupo HF Hotels. O estágio permitiu uma imersão prática nas operações comerciais e vendas de uma prestigiada cadeia hoteleira nacional. Foram mencionadas noções sobre o mercado hoteleiro e os seus modelos de gestão. A proposta de valor desenvolvida focou-se na criação de cartões de fidelização para clientes, visando aumentar a lealdade e fortalecer a relação com a marca. Estagiar numa empresa portuguesa destacou a importância de valorizar e promover as marcas
nacionais, reforçando o orgulho em contribuir para o crescimento e sucesso do turismo de Portugal.
This internship report, carried out within the scope of the Master's in Tourism Management, describes the experience acquired in the Commercial Department of the HF Hotels group. The internship provided practical immersion in the commercial operations and sales of a prestigious national hotel chain. Concepts regarding the hotel market and its management models were discussed. The value proposition developed focused on the creation of loyalty cards for customers, aiming to increase loyalty and strengthen the relationship with the brand. Interning at a Portuguese company highlighted the importance of valuing and promoting national brands, reinforcing the pride in contributing to the growth and success of Portugal's tourism sector.
