Abstract(s)
do 1º ciclo do ensino básico (faixa etária 8-9anos); identificar quais as estratégias
destinado à criança do 1º ciclo do ensino básico.
Database e a PubMed.
escolar no contexto escolar.
Physical activity plays a decisive role in the health and well-being of children, as it is directly related to the prevention of a set of chronic diseases. This has several benefits in children and adolescents improving bone health, weight, cardio respiratory and muscle fitness, cardio metabolic health, cognition and, finally, reducing the risk of depression (Piercy et al., 2018). The objectives that guided this study were to describe the rehabilitation nurse's intervention in the promotion of physical activity in children in the 1st cycle of primary education (age group 8-9 years); to identify which strategies promote physical activity, specifically in the 1st cycle of primary education and to develop an intervention instrument, with incidence in physical activity, aimed at the child of the 1st cycle of primary education. Regarding the research method, it was held first an integrative literature review on two reference databases in the health area: the Trip Medical Database and PubMed. This included articles published between 2016 and 2019, as well as other scientific studies, master's dissertations, documents from international and national health organizations, as well as regulatory documents of the Bar of Nurses. From the results emerge some intervention programs, which emphasize the practice of physical activity at school and which reflect positive results in the child's well-being and learning. Subsequently, and based on the conclusions of the Project For More Health, and research carried out on programs promoting physical activity in a school, a prototype intervention instrument was elaborated to contribute to the increase of physical activity and health literacy in school children regarding school context. Thus, we intend to show the health gains of the rehabilitation nurse's intervention in the promotion of health in the community, with an impact on physical activity, within the scope of school health projects.
