Abstract(s)
Os estudos relacionados com a área de Recursos Humanos são
de caráter crucial para o desenvolvimento e sobrevivência de
uma organização. Neste sentido, a perceção dos colaboradores
acerca das práticas de RH torna-se vital para o seu
desenvolvimento profissional, diversificação da carreira assim
como a sua intenção de permanência na organização.
Posto isto, a comunicação, nomeadamente a interna, é uma das
práticas mais importantes e a perceção que os colaboradores e
respetiva equipa têm dela merece ser destacada, visto que irá
influenciar todos os aspetos do projeto em questão. No caso da
avaliação de desempenho, a mesma pode ser intimamente
afetada pela eficácia e eficiência da comunicação interna e isso
poderá ter consequências a nível organizacional.
Neste projeto procura-se aprofundar o mundo que são as
consultoras e quais os seus desafios nos dias de hoje, uma vez
que projeto tem aplicação numa consultora, bem como
entender ainda a evolução da Gestão de Recursos Humanos e
as suas práticas, principalmente Comunicação e Avaliação de
Desempenho.

Assim, a metodologia utilizada consiste numa entrevista escrita
a um pequeno conjunto de colaboradores de cargos diferentes e
um questionário.
Desta forma, os resultados do presente estudo relevam que os
participantes acreditam que o modo como se comunica e
processa a avaliação de desempenho pode moderar a evolução
organizacional e existe uma preocupação com o tema, ainda
que seja possível introduzir algumas melhorias.
The studies related to the Human Resources field are of crucial importance for the development and survival of an organization. In this context, the perception of the employees of HR practices is vital for their professional development, career diversification and their intention to remain within the organization. Therefore, communication, particularly internal communication, stands out as one of the most significant practices and the perception that employees and their respective teams have of it deserves attention, as it influences all aspects of the project. Specifically, in the case of performance evaluation, its effectiveness and efficiency can be affected by internal communication, and it can have some organizational consequences. This project was made to delve into the world of consulting firms and explore their challenges in today´s context, as the project is applied within such a firm. Furthermore, understand the evolution of Human Resources Management and its - iv - practices, with particular focus on Communication and Performance Evaluation. Therefore, the methodology used is a written interview to a small group of employees from different positions and a questionnaire. In this way, the results of the present study reveal that participants believe the manner in which performance evaluation is communicated and processed can moderate organizational development. There is a concern regarding this issue, although it is possible to introduce some improvements.
