Enquanto responsável pelos Serviços Pedagógicos do ISAG – Instituto Superior de Administração e Gestão, apercebi-me da inexistência de um manual de acolhimento ao estudante que contribuísse para o processo de integração de novos estudantes na Cultura e Valores da organização.
O Manual de Acolhimento e Integração para o Estudante do ISAG desenvolvido é teoricamente estruturado em quatro pilares: Gestão de Relacionamento (subdivido na Gestão de Relacionamento com o Cliente e na Jornada do Cliente); Comunicação Empresarial; Relações Públicas e Procedimento de Acolhimento e Integração.
A elaboração do Manual foi antecedida do estudo e diagnóstico de situação decorrente da necessidade de o enquadrar no Plano de Desenvolvimento Estratégico do ISAG. Desenvolvemos ainda um estudo estatístico com o objetivo de validar as questões que emergiam do trabalho técnico-científico e concluímos com a apresentação do Programa de Ação que operacionalizou e materializou o nosso objetivo: a implementação do Manual de Acolhimento no Plano de Desenvolvimento Estratégico do ISAG.
As responsible of the ISAG’s – Instituto Superior de Administração e Gestão Pedagogical Services Department, I realized the lack of a Student Welcome Manual that allows the integration and engagement of the new students in ISAG’s culture and values. The ISAG Student Welcome and Integration Manual is theoretically structured in four pillars: Relationship Management (subdivided into Customer Relationship Management and Client Journey); Business Communication; Public Relations and Reception and Integration. The elaboration of the manual was preceded by the study and diagnosis of ISAG situation, resulting from the need to frame it in the Strategic Development Plan. We also developed a statistical study with the objective of validating the issues that emerged from the technical-scientific work and completed with the presentation of the action program that operationalized and materialized our goal: the implementation of the ISAG Student Welcome and Integration Manual.
