O mercado das agências de publicidade onde se insere a TLC Marketing tem demonstrado, ao longo dos últimos anos, uma forte evolução no mercado português. Esta evolução, aliada â globalização das empresas e marcas em Portugal, provocou uma maior perceção das necessidades dos clientes e num aumento da competitividade.
Num mercado competitivo, a diferenciação é, sem dúvida, o elo mais forte de que as agências podem padecer. A procura pela excelência, a diferenciação, o constante compromisso em fortalecer as relações com os clientes, satisfazer as suas necessidades e o planeamento estratégico da comunicação tornaram-se pontos emergentes.
O presente documento serve como requisito parcial para obtenção do grau de mestre em Gestão de Marketing no IPAM, e tem como objetivo expor todas as atividades que foram realizadas em contexto do estágio curricular: desde gestão de websites e de social media, e-mail marketing, criação de novos conteúdos, entre outras.
Este estágio permitiu colocar em prática todos os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo desta licenciatura num contexto real e num ambiente profissional. Decorreu numa agência de marketing multinacional, em Lisboa, a TLC Marketing.
The advertising agency market where TLC Marketing is inserted has shown, over the last years, a strong evolution in the portuguese market. This evolution, together with the globalization of companies and brands in Portugal, has caused a greater perception of customer needs and increased competitiveness. In a competitive market, differentiation is undoubtedly the strongest link that agencies can suffer from. The search for excellence, differentiation, the constant commitment to strengthen relationships with clients, satisfy their needs and the strategic planning of communication have become emerging points. This document serves as a partial requirement for obtaining a Master's degree in Marketing Management at IPAM, and aims to expose all the activities that have been undertaken in the context of the curricular stage: from website management and social media, e-mail marketing, creation of new content, among others. This internship allowed to put into practice all the knowledge acquired during this degree in a real context and professional environment. It took place in a multinational marketing agency in Lisbon, TLC Marketing.
