No âmbito do Mestrado em Enfermagem na área de especialização em Enfermagem
Médico-Cirúrgica - A Pessoa em Situação Crítica, surge o presente Relatório com o
objetivo de descrever as atividades desenvolvidas, para a aquisição das competências de
Especialista e Mestre em Enfermagem, relacionando o trabalho realizado ao longo do
processo formativo teórico e prático, e a relevância do Projeto de Intervenção como
estratégia para atingir as mesmas.
Os cuidados de enfermagem à pessoa em situação crítica são complexos e
especializados, torna-se assim, imprescindível os enfermeiros melhorarem os seus
desempenhos e conhecimentos, adquirindo-os em planos de formação dotados de
atualizações técnico científicas fundamentadas, e desta forma aperfeiçoando as suas
habilidades e competências necessárias para a prestação de cuidados de excelência.
Assim, ao longo do relatório será exposta uma análise crítico reflexiva e
sistematizada das atividades desenvolvidas em busca das competências alvo, as quais
considero por todo o trabalho realizado inequivocamente alcançadas.
Within the scope of the Master's Degree in Nursing and Specialty in Surgical Medicine for Persons in Critical Situations, this Report appears with the objective of describing the activities developed, for the acquisition of the skills of Specialist and Master in Nursing, relating the work carried out throughout the process theoretical and practical training, and the relevance of the Intervention Project as a strategy to achieve them. Nursing care for people in critical situations is complex and specialized, it is therefore essential for nurses to improve their performance and knowledge, acquiring them in training plans equipped with scientific-based technical updates, and in this way improving their skills and skills necessary to provide excellent care. Thus, throughout the report, a reflective and systematized critical analysis of the activities developed in search of the target competencies will be presented, which I consider to be unequivocally achieved through all the work carried out.
