Abstract(s)
Esta tese investiga as causas e consequências da criminalidade no Brasil, com foco na relação entre a precariedade da educação básica e os altos índices de crimes violentos, desigualdade social e problemas de estruturação das políticas públicas de educação e criminais. Nesta perceção, o direito a educação de qualidade e igualitária é essencial a pessoa humana, e está protegido pela Constituição Federal de 1988. O presente estudo analisa dados socioeconómicos, políticas públicas educacionais e marcadores da educação, sobretudo, analisa os indicadores de segurança pública para compreender os efeitos da criminalidade e de como as periferias e sociedades mais vulneráveis são destratadas pelo Estado; a ausência de investimentos em educação e incentivos ao trabalho e remuneração condena a população a viver sempre as margens da desigualdade social e da criminalidade. A pesquisa adota abordagem qualitativa, com revisão
bibliográfica e análise documental, desde a autores renomados e conhecido no âmbito jurídico-brasileiro e outros nomes internacional, e diplomas legais. Conclui-se que a educação básica quando fortalecida e as políticas de segurança pública ampliadas e efetivadas, torna-se o diferencial na redução das taxas de criminalidade, minimização das desigualdades sociais e uma sociedade mais justa e democrática. Por fim, este projeto buscou elencar o contexto social do perfil de crimes no Brasil e sua relação com as políticas públicas, e como elas podem ser benéficas a sociedade quando criadas com seriedade e compromisso social.
This thesis investigates the causes and consequences of crime in Brazil, focusing on the relationship between the precariousness of basic education and the high rates of violent crime, social inequality and problems in structuring public education and criminal policies. In this perception, the right to quality and equal education is essential to the human person, and is protected by the Federal Constitution of 1988. This study analyzes socioeconomic data, public education policies and education markers, above all, it analyzes public safety indicators to understand the effects of crime and how the most vulnerable peripheries and societies are mistreated by the state; the lack of investment in education and incentives to work and pay condemns the population to always live on the margins of social inequality and crime. The research adopts a qualitative approach, with a bibliographic review and documentary analysis, from renowned and well-known authors in the Brazilian legal sphere and other international names, and legal diplomas. The conclusion is that when basic education is strengthened and public security policies are expanded and made effective, it becomes the difference in reducing crime rates, minimizing social inequalities and creating a fairer and more democratic society. Finally, this project sought to list the social context of the crime profile in Brazil and its relationship with public policies, and how they can be beneficial to society when created with seriousness and social commitment.
