dc.description.abstractOs fatores psicossociais sĂŁo aspetos da gestĂŁo do trabalho, bem como dos seus contextos sociais e organizacionais, suscetĂ­veis de causar danos psicolĂłgicos ou fĂ­sicos, ou ambos. É um conceito recente e com ampla aplicação dentro das organizaçÔes. Esta dissertação Ă© o culminar de um estudo abrangente que visa a obtenção do grau de Mestre em CiĂȘncias Militares Navais. A investigação aprofundou os efeitos dos fatores psicossociais na saĂșde e bem-estar das guarniçÔes das Unidades Navais e das unidades da SuperintendĂȘncia do Pessoal. O estudo centrou-se na avaliação dos fatores psicossociais e na sua influĂȘncia no local de trabalho. Para avaliar os fatores psicossociais, utilizou-se como ferramenta primĂĄria o COPSOQ II, tendo este questionĂĄrio sido aplicado aos militares a exercer funçÔes nas Unidades Navais e na ĂĄrea funcional da SuperintendĂȘncia do Pessoal da Marinha Portuguesa. Os resultados da investigação visaram compreender o papel dos fatores psicossociais na saĂșde e bem-estar dos militares da Marinha Portuguesa. Estes revelaram a presença de alguns fatores de risco nas guarniçÔes jĂĄ mencionadas e, com base na anĂĄlise e conclusĂ”es retiradas, recomendou-se algumas medidas para melhorar o ambiente de trabalho dos militares desta organização.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractPsychosocial factors are aspects of the management of work, and its social and organizatonal contexts, that are likely to cause psychological or physical harm, or both. It is a recent concept with wide applicaton within organizatons. This dissertaton is the culminaton of a comprehensive study aimed at obtaining the degree of Master of Naval Military Sciences. The investgaton delved into the efects of psychosocial factors on the health and well-being of the garrisons of the naval units and the units of the Superintendence of Personnel. The study focused on assessing psychosocial factors and their infuence on the workplace. To assess psychosocial factors, the COPSOQ II was used as the primary tool, and this questonnaire was applied to military personnel performing functons in the Naval Units and the functonal area of the Superintendence of Personnel of the Portuguese Navy. The results of the research aimed to understand the role of psychosocial factors in the health and well-being of the Portuguese Navy. These revealed the presence of some risk factors in the garrisons already mentoned and, based on the analysis and conclusions drawn, some measures were recommended to improve the working environment of the military of this organizaton.pt_PT
