Abstract(s)
The goal is to develop a team, so that this team can obtain a better performance. It was analyzed the most important skills that the team should have to perform their work properly. Those competences are the focus/concentration, communication and organizational/planning capacity. For that, it was developed an intervention plan divided in three phases: Diagnosis, Intervention and Evaluation. In the diagnostic phase, as the name implies, the group was diagnosed to know the behavioral style of each one, as well as the development phase of the team and the perceived performance of each one. After this phase, it was implemented an intervention phase, where a Team Building was implemented, which objective was to develop the three skills (focus, communication and planning). For the Team Building was created a story of a crime invented by the student and, from there, were elaborated three different exercises, applied to each one of the skills. After each phase, there was briefing, allowing an exchange of ideas and a way to develop each skill in a practical and positive way. Finally, it was only necessary to conclude if the intervention phase had a positive effect, then there was an evaluation phase. In this phase, the team members answered a questionnaire, to perceive if the team was getting or not, the personal development and control of competences in such skills (focus, communication and planning). The results were very positive, considering that the team perceived a positive development, either at a personal level and at a team level.
