O presente Projeto Aplicado foi elaborado no âmbito do Mestrado em Gestão de Recursos Humanos pretendendo perceber o impacto que a experiência do candidato, num determinado processo de recrutamento, tem numa empresa cujo objetivo é encontrar talentos no mercado.
Nos dias de hoje, um dos principais objetivos das empresas é alcançar vantagem competitiva. Para isso, é necessário possuírem na sua estrutura talentos que consigam tornar o produto final da empresa, em algo de extrema qualidade que permita que os clientes optem pela empresa em questão como a melhor de entre os serviços que oferece.
Para atrair tanto os talentos como os clientes, a empresa precisa de ter a sua imagem de marca bem definida, a qual deverá demonstrar ser única, ser um ótimo lugar para se trabalhar e também uma empresa de confiança no mercado.
Para recrutar os melhores talentos do mercado, é crucial a utilização de um conjunto de técnicas de pesquisa, sendo que o preenchimento das vagas poderá ser feito quer internamente quer externamente, dependendo dos objetivos da empresa.
Durante o processo de Recrutamento que surge a Experiência do Candidato, apresentando impacto positivo ou negativo no Employer Branding da organização.
Este estudo tem como objetivo deixar o seu contributo acerca do papel fundamental da experiência do candidato (Candidate Experience) nos processos de recrutamento, reforçando de que maneira a empresa XPTO pode então avaliar esta experiência.
Assim sendo, prevê-se identificar os principais pontos de melhoria em que a empresa XPTO deve ter maior atenção para melhorar a experiência dos candidatos nos processos de recrutamento e nos serviços que oferecem.
This Applied Project was developed as part of the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, with the aim of understanding the impact that the candidate's experience in a given recruitment process has on a company whose objective is to find talent in the market. Nowadays, one of the main objectives of companies is to achieve competitive advantage. To do this, they need to have talent in their structure who can turn the company's end product into something of the highest quality that allows customers to choose the company in question as the best among the services it offers. In order to attract both talent and clients, the company needs to have a well-defined brand image, which must demonstrate that it is unique, a great place to work and also a company that can be trusted in the market. To recruit the best talent on the market, it is crucial to use a range of search techniques, and vacancies can be filled either internally or externally, depending on the company's objectives. It is during the recruitment process that the Candidate Experience arises, which has a positive or negative impact on the organization's Employer Branding. The objective of this study is to make a contribution to the fundamental role of the Candidate Experience in recruitment processes, reinforcing how the XPTO company can evaluate this experience. Therefore, we intend to identify the main points for improvement that XPTO should pay more attention to in order to improve the candidate experience in recruitment processes and in the services they offer.
