Com o acesso generalizado à educação todo o processo de procura/oferta de trabalho se alterou, tornando-se mais fácil e rápido o acesso ao mesmo. Com o tempo, foram aparecendo novos métodos, novas ferramentas, novas formas de apresentação da mensagem para se chegar ao mercado alvo. Atualmente com base no Marketing Digital, é importante usarmos todos os conhecimentos para nos podermos vendermos, perante as entidades empregadoras e, aí sim, o LinkedIn é a ferramenta atual. O LinkedIn é uma rede social essencial para divulgar o currículo, manter uma rede de contatos profissionais e disseminar conteúdos interessantes e relevantes. Além disso, é muito útil para procurar novos funcionários, analisar perfis de candidatos e fortalecer a presença de qualquer empresa no mercado. Neste contexto esta dissertação tem como objetivo principal analisar o Comportamento da Gerações X e Millennials na procura de emprego no LinkedIn, de modo a provar se Geração X está a tirar melhor partido desta Rede Social face à Geração Millennials.
Não sendo fácil determinar o Universo de possuidores que utilizam como forma de recrutamento o LinkedIn, optámos por uma Amostragem por Conveniência através de um estudo descritivo quantitativo.
Após análise do questionário divulgado na Rede Social LinkedIn concluímos que a Geração Millennials está a tirar melhor partido da Rede Social LinkedIn face à Geração X.
With widespread access throughout the job search / offer, the process has changed, making it easier and faster access to it. In the course of time, new methods, new tools, new ways of presenting the message to deal with the target market appeared. Currently based on Digital Marketing, it's important to use all the knowledge to our salespeople, as employers, and yes, or LinkedIn is a current tool. LinkedIn is an essential social network to disseminate the curriculum, maintain a network of professional contacts and disseminate interesting and relevant content. Besides that, it's very useful for new employees analyze candidate profiles and strengthen a presence of any company without a market. In this context, this dissertation has as main objective to analyze the Behavior of Generations X and Millennials in the search of non-LinkedIn job, in order to prove if Generation X is taking better advantage of this Social Network compared to Millennials Generation. It is not easy to determine the Universe of services that use as a form of LinkedIn recruitment, we chose a Convenience Sampling through a quantitative descriptive study. After analyzing the questionnaire posted on the Social Network LinkedIn we conclude that the Millennials Generation is the best part of the Social Network Found In vs Generation X.
