No âmbito do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem Médico-cirúrgica, na área da
Pessoa em Situação Crítica da Escola Superior de Saúde de Santa Maria, emerge o
presente Relatório, cuja apresentação e discussão pública visam a obtenção do grau de
Mestre em Enfermagem com especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica.
A elaboração deste relatório é o culminar das experiências vivenciadas e tem
como objetivos demonstrar o desenvolvimento de competências comuns do Enfermeiro
Especialista, segundo o regulamento nº140/2019 e específicas da Pessoa em Situação
Crítica, segundo o regulamento nº 429/2018, bem como as competências de Mestre,
previstas no Decreto-Lei 65/2018, em contexto de urgência, cuidados intensivos e extra hospitalar, com especial atenção à Pessoa em Situação Crítica vítima de trauma e
evidenciar o desenvolvimento de competências de análise, reflexão crítica e tomada de
decisão fundamentada que qualificam o Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem
Médico-cirúrgica no ramo da Pessoa em Situação Crítica.
O presente relatório realça a análise crítica e reflexiva das experiências
vivenciadas e oportunidades de aprendizagem vividas nos distintos contextos clínicos nos
quais procurei mobilizar os diferentes contributos da minha aprendizagem evidenciando
o crescimento profissional através da aquisição de conhecimentos, habilidades e
competências conducentes à atribuição do grau de Mestre.
Este relatório está organizado em quatro capítulos, sendo que o primeiro expõe o
enquadramento da temática escolhida, o segundo apresenta o percurso desenvolvido para
a aquisição de competências comuns de Enfermeiro Especialista, o terceiro enfatiza o
caminho percorrido para a aquisição de competências específicas do Enfermeiro
Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na Pessoa em Situação Crítica e o quarto
ilustra o progresso até às competências de Mestre em Enfermagem. Tem por base uma
metodologia descritiva, analítica e crítico-reflexiva do percurso vivido, fundamentada na
mais recente evidência científica e nos referenciais da profissão, demonstrando o
desenvolvimento das competências supracitadas com vista à excelência do cuidar.
Within the scope of the master’s Course in Medical-Surgical Nursing, in the area of Person in Critical Situation of the Escola Superior de Saúde de Santa Maria, emerges the present Report, whose presentation and public discussion aim to obtain the degree of Masters in nursing with specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing. The elaboration of this report is the culmination of the lived experiences and has as objectives to demonstrate the development of common skills of the Nurse Specialist, according to regulation nº 140/2019 and specific to the Person in Critical Situation, according to regulation nº 429/2018, as well as Master’s skills, provided in Decree-Law 65/2018, in the context of urgency, intensive and extra-hospital care, with special attention to the Person in Critical Situation, victim of trauma and highlight the development of analytical skills, critical reflection and reasoned decision-making that qualifies the Specialist Nurse in Nursing Medical-surgical in the branch of Person in Critical Situation. This report highlights the critical and reflective analysis of the experiences and learning opportunities experienced in different clinical contexts in which I sought to mobilize the different contributions of my learning, highlighting professional growth through the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competences leading to the attribution of a master’s degree. This report is organized into four chapters, the first of which exposes the framework of the chosen theme, the second presents the path developed to the acquisition of common skills of a Specialist Nurse, the third emphasizes the path taken towards the acquisition of specific skills of Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing to Person in Critical Situation and the fourth illustrates progress toward Master of Nursing competencies. It is based on a descriptive, analytical and critical-reflective methodology of the journey lived, based on the latest scientific evidence and professional references, demonstrating the development of the aforementioned skills with a view to excellence in care.
