| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar, e tem por base a temática da relação com as famílias. O mesmo tem como intuito compreender as competências e estratégias a desenvolver como profissional em educação de infância no que concerne ao relacionamento com as famílias. Enquanto estagiária vivenciei duas práticas completamente distintas no que concerne á temática abordada. Uma em creche e outra em Jardim de Infância e onde identifiquei que a primeira poderia ser melhorada. Este estudo enquadra-se na metodologia de investigação qualitativa, tendo sido orientada pelos princípios da investigação-ação. Foram utilizados como procedimentos de recolha de informação a observação participante, notas de campo, registos fotográficos, inquérito por questionário e pesquisa documental. Foi ainda elaborado um questionário direcionado às educadoras cooperantes para identificar as suas conceções referentes a esta temática. Através deste estudo pude concluir que a relação escola/famílias só é praticável e eficaz quando a sua importância é reconhecida e valorizada pelas educadoras e respetivas equipas pedagógicas. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report was prepared as part of the Master's Degree in Pre-School Education, and was based on the theme of the relationship with families. It aims to understand the skills and strategies to be developed as a professional in education regarding the relationship with families, the promotion of the relationship between family and school, the strategies and activities for their participation and communication, and the constraints to the school/family relationship. As a trainee, I experienced two completely different practices regarding the approached theme. One in kindergarten and the other in nursery school, where I identified that the former could be improved. This study is framed within the qualitative research methodology, and was guided by the principles of action research methodology. The procedures used to collect information were non-participant and participant observation, field notes, photographic records, questionnaire survey and documentary research. I also prepared a questionnaire addressed to the cooperating educators to identify their conceptions regarding this issue. Through this study I can conclude that the school/family relationship is only feasible and effective when its importance is recognized and valued by the cooperating educators. | pt_PT |
