| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho, reflete o projeto de alteração de uma exploração alentejana tradicional de sequeiro em regime extensivo, para uma exploração de regadio com 102,5 ha de olival em sebe na Herdade da Mourinha e Courela da Capela, na freguesia de S. João Baptista, no Concelho de Campo Maior, Distrito de Portalegre. No trabalho são apresentadas as etapas e operações a realizar na implementação de um olival em sebe, indicando os valores do investimento dos custos e proveitos, estimados para os primeiros anos da cultura. O olival a instalar, com a variedade Arbosana “i43”, num compasso de 4,00 m por 1,5 m (1666 árvores/ha), implica um investimento de 1.013.014,14 € (plantas mais plantação + rega + maquinaria agrícola). Com base numa produtividade de 12.000 kg/ha e um preço de venda de azeite de 2,5 €/kg, estima-se que o investimento tenha uma TIR de 14,26% , um VAL de 3.458.103,85€ e um PRI de 8 anos. Verifica-se portanto, que esta reconversão do sistema de agricultura praticado na exploração agrícola permite obter uma elevada rentabilidade do investimento e criar valor acrescentado à exploração. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present paper reflects the conversion project of a traditional Alentejo extensive dry land exploration in irrigation land system with 102.5 ha of olive grove in hedge, in Herdade da Mourinha and Courela da Capela, localized in S. João Baptista, on the Municipality of Campo Maior, District of Portalegre. This work, show the steps and operations to be performed in the implementation of an olive grove, indicating the investment values of expenses and profits, estimated for the first years of the crop. The olive grove to be installed, with the variety Arbosana "i43", in a compass of 4.00 m by 1.50 m (1666 trees / ha), implies an investment of 1,013,014.14 € (plants plus planting + irrigation + machinery agricultural). Based on a productivity of 12,000 kg / ha and an olive oil sales price of 2.50 € / kg, the investment is estimated in a TIR of 14,26%, a VAL of 3,458,103,85 € and a PRI for 8 years. With this, was verified that this conversion of farming system kind, makes it possible to get a high return of the investment and to create added value for the farm. | pt_PT |
