| dc.description.abstract | Face à crise sem precedentes na Venezuela, um país reconhecido por suas riquezas minerais que colocou frente a frente EUA e Rússia em uma espécie de nova guerra fria e, tendo em vista as pertubações geradas no espaço de interesse estratégico do Brasil, tornou-se relevante analisar a influência da cooperação militar russo-venezuelana nesse contexto. Para efetuar a investigação optou-se por uma estratégia qualitativa, baseada numa revisão da literatura e análise documental, com um desenho de pesquisa transversal de natureza analítica. Foram estudados o papel da Venezuela na região, suas relações com o Brasil e a influência da relação militar russo-venezuelana. No fim, após averiguar os fatores referentes a influência da cooperação militar russo-venezuelana na manutenção do regime autocrático da Venezuela, foram apresentadas as consequências diretas e indiretas dessa aliança com destaque para a crise humanitária, narcoguerrilha e aumento da conflitualidade entre os países da região. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Faced with the unprecedented crisis in Venezuela, a country recognized for its mineral wealth and which has put the US and Russia face to face in a kind of new cold war and, in view of the disturbances generated in the space of strategic interest for Brazil, has become relevant to analyze the influence of Russian-Venezuelan military cooperation in this context. To carry out the investigation, a qualitative strategy was chosen, based on a literature review and document analysis, with a cross-sectional research design of an analytical nature. The role of Venezuela in the region, its relations with Brazil and the influence of the Russian-Venezuelan military relationship were studied. In the end, after investigating the factors referring to the influence of Russian-Venezuelan military cooperation in the maintenance of the autocratic regime in Venezuela, the direct and indirect consequences of this alliance were presented, highlighting the humanitarian crisis, narcoguerrillas and increased conflict between countries in the region. | pt_PT |
