Abstract(s)
Enquadramento: O presente Relatório de Estágio incide no desenvolvimento de um projeto
de intervenção profissional no âmbito estratégias de comunicação com a família da pessoa
em situação crítica em cuidados intensivos.
Objetivo: Realizar uma análise crítico-reflexiva sobre aquisição e desenvolvimento de
competências comuns e específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista Enfermagem Médico-
Cirúrgica: a Pessoa em Situação Crítica e de Mestre em Enfermagem.
Metodologia: Método descritivo, com recurso à metodologia de projeto e sustentado pelo
Modelo para Mudança da Prática Baseada em Evidências.
Resultados: O processo de análise crítico-reflexiva de aquisição e desenvolvimento de
competências incidiu no percurso realizado no Estágio Final no contexto de uma Unidade de
Cuidados Intensivos onde foi implementado um Projeto de Intervenção Pessoal com o intuito
de capacitar os enfermeiros deste serviço com estratégias de comunicação para uma melhor
abordagem à família da pessoa em situação crítica, através da elaboração de uma norma
hospitalar e de uma checklist.
Conclusão: A elaboração do presente relatório possibilitou especificar todo o percurso do
Estágio Final e desenvolver uma análise crítico-reflexiva de todo o processo de aquisição e
desenvolvimento de competências.
Introduction: This Internship Report focuses on the development of a professional intervention project within the scope of communication strategies with the family of the person in a critical situation in intensive care. Objective: Carry out a critical-reflective analysis on the acquisition and development of common and specific skills of the Medical-Surgical Nursing Specialist Nurse: the Person in Critical Situation and the Master's Degree in Nursing. Methodology: Descriptive method, using the design methodology and supported by the Evidence-Based Practice Change Model. Results: The process of critical-reflective analysis of the acquisition and development of competences focused on the route taken in the Final Internship in the context of an Intensive Care Unit where a Personal Intervention Project was implemented with the aim of training nurses in this service with communication strategies to a better approach to the family of the person in a critical situation, through the elaboration of a hospital norm and a checklist. Conclusion: The elaboration of this report made it possible to specify the entire route of the Final Internship and to develop a critical-reflective analysis of the entire process of acquiring and developing skills.
