Abstract(s)
Este trabalho começa por definir o Sector do Fardamento na Força Aérea e analisa
a sua actual organização, verificando que, a nível das diversas Unidades / Órgãos, existem
diferentes formas de organização.
Para este estudo foi seguido o procedimento metodológico de Quivy, partindo-se
de uma pergunta inicial da qual derivaram duas questões. Para obter informação para
análise foi realizada uma pesquisa para tentar obter o máximo de documentos sobre este
tema. Depois leram-se esses documentos (fundamentalmente legislação, despachos e
documentos oficiais) e realizaram-se alguns inquéritos e entrevistas.
Da análise efectuada conclui-se que se torna necessário rever a regulamentação da
Força Aérea Portuguesa (FAP) no que concerne à organização do Sector do Fardamento
nas distintas Unidades / Órgãos, com vista quer à racionalização de meios e optimização de
procedimentos quer em simplificação para o militar que tem necessidade de receber ou
adquirir fardamento, aproveitando a actual fase de reorganização da Força Aérea,
apontando-se para a inserção das Secções de Fardamento nas Esquadras de Abastecimento.
A nível superior conclui-se pela importância da existência da Comissão de Uniformes da
Força Aérea (CUFA) e preconiza-se o seu reforço e valorização. Abstract: This work begins by defining what the author means by the Uniform Sector of the
Air Force and analyses its current organization, noting that at the level of the various Units
/ Organs, there are different forms of organisation.
For this study was followed the procedure of the Quivy methodology, beginning
with an initial question from which two others derived. To obtain information for analysis
was conducted a search to try to get the most of documents on the subject. Then these
documents (basically legislation, orders and official documents) were read and some
surveys and interviews were made.
The analysis concluded that it is necessary to revise the regulations of the
Portuguese Air Force regarding the organization of the Uniform Sector in separate Units /
Organs, with a view not only to the rationalisation of resources and optimization of
procedures but also to the simplification procedures for the servicemen who need to
receive or acquire uniforms, taking advantage of the current phase of reorganization of the
Air Force, pointing to the inclusion of the Uniform Sections in Supply Squadrons. At the
top level it is concluded that the existence of the Uniform Committee of the Air Force is
important and its strengthening and enhancement are encouraged.
