| dc.description.abstract | Com a conjuntura de crescentes dificuldades vivida actualmente, a sociedade e as suas instituições procuram empregar da melhor forma os seus recursos aplicando os mais variados métodos de controlo e gestão para os rentabilizar. O Exército não é com certeza excepção e as suas unidades, estabelecimentos e órgãos são responsáveis por manter esse mesmo controlo e gestão dos recursos a si destinados, contribuindo cada um destes para a sua correcta aplicação. Durante este trabalho podem-se encontrar as definições, métodos, técnicas, ferramentas e princípios de controlo e gestão de existências. O local definido para a aplicação do estudo foram as Oficinas Gerais de Fardamento e Equipamento (OGFE). Durante o estudo de caso foi realizado o levantamento do controlo e gestão de existências existente nas OGFE tal como a caracterização do estabelecimento incluindo o seu enquadramento jurídico. Com base na caracterização elaborada acerca do estabelecimento e na revisão da literatura foi fácil encontrar a área que se optou por analisar. Essa opção visa compreender de que forma se pode melhorar o controlo e gestão de existências nos armazéns das OGFE com a implementação de um sistema de localização de existências por rádio frequência. Este trabalho abordou os problemas existentes na área de controlo e gestão de existências e procurou definir as vantagens que poderão ser alcançadas se for implementado um sistema de localização deexistências por rádio frequência nos armazéns das OGFE. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract With the juncture of growing dificulties that we live actually, society and its instituicions try to employ its resources applying the most varied methods of control and management to return them. The Army isn’t for sure an exception and its units, institutes and organs are responsible for maintaining that control and management of the resources that destinated to it, contributing each one of this to its correct appliance. During this work can be found the definitions, methods, technics, tools and principals of control and management of stocks. The defined local for the appliance of the study were the «Oficinas Gerais de Fardamento e Equipamento». During the case study it was realised the survey of the control and management of stocks existing in OGFE such as the characterization of the institute including its juridic framework. Based in the characterization elaborated concerning the institute and in the review of the literature it was easy to find the area to be analysed. This option aims to understand how can get better the control and management of the stocks in the stores of OGFE with the implementation of a Radio Frequency stocks tracing system. This work adressed the existing problems in the area of control and management of stocks and look out to define the advantages that might be acomplished if the implementation of a Radio Frequency stocks tracing system in the OGFE stores becomes a reality. | por |
