A aplicação móvel Olaré® propõe-se como uma alternativa
destinada a facilitar a conectividade básica, superando as
limitações de usabilidade impostas pelos tradicionais
telemóveis para seniores.
Aproveitando a tecnologia disponível nos smartphones, a
aplicação visa substituir a interface padrão do sistema operativo
Android, implementando um ambiente digital simplificado e
amigável. O projeto considera a gramática visual, o tom de
comunicação, a relevância e a usabilidade das funcionalidades,
numa abordagem holística e ajustada ao público visado. Com
foco na experiência do utilizador para pessoas com 75 anos ou
mais, pretende criar uma solução que promova conectividade,
independência e autoestima, com o objetivo de empoderar e
impactar positivamente a qualidade de vida dos idosos e não só.
The Olaré® mobile app aims to serve as an alternative aimed at facilitating basic connectivity, surpassing the usability limitations imposed by traditional senior phones. Leveraging the technology available in smartphones, the application aims to replace the standard interface of the Android operating system, implementing a simplified and userfriendly digital environment. The project takes into account visual grammar, communication tone, relevance, and usability of features, in a holistic approach tailored to the target audience. With a focus on user experience for individuals aged 75 and older, it aims to create a solution that promotes connectivity, independence, and self-esteem, with the goal of empowering and positively impacting the quality of life of the elderly and beyond.
