Abstract(s)
Abstract:This report talks about a study, using the methodology of project work, in order to identify a problem related to a Medical-Surgical nursing, intervention planning, implementation and evaluation. This report has two dimensions: an Intervention Project in Service (PIS) and a Project Learning Skills / Clinics (PAC). The PIS, focused on inter- hospital transfers, performed in an Emergency department, where the need for the existence of a guide line which organizes up procedures in order to provide quality and safe care, the patient transferred. Based on the theory of Merle Mishel, Uncertainty in Illness Scale or Theory of Uncertainty in disease, developed to approaching the uncertainties during the stages of diagnosis and treatment of an acute illness or a disease with a negative development (Mishel, 1988).
