Abstract(s)
Este trabalho está subordinado ao tema “Desenvolvimento do Tiro nas Equipas de Proteção de Altas Entidades da Polícia do Exército” e pretende analisar a importância do aproveitamento do treino do tiro, quer real quer simulado, e as vantagens que estas trazem para o desenvolvimento operacional, ao nível individual e coletivo. Deste modo é feita uma análise das potencialidades do treino simulado e a transferência de competências para o cenário real que deste resultam.
O desenvolvimento das competências ao nível do armamento e tiro, em concordância com as aptidões necessárias ao desempenho das funções gerais e particulares do militar, constituem uma necessidade atual e em constante atualização, nunca esquecendo que o desempenho do geral vai depender em parte do desempenho do particular, pelo que o investimento no treino deverá constituir uma prioridade para todos nós.
O aparecimento e a evolução de sistemas de simulação veio garantir uma forma de treino similiar ao real, com menos custos e que pode vir a beneficiar todos os militares e elementos com funções semelhantes.
Vai ainda mostrar o grau de importância do treino do tiro em geral, no desempenho de competências e no desempenho da missão dos nossos militares das Equipas de Proteção de Altas Entidades, tendo sempre como meio de comparação Unidades e Subunidades com missões iguais ou semelhantes que utilizam estes mecanismos na procura do melhor aprontamento da força possível.
This present study is about the theme "Development of Shooting in the Army Police High Authority Protection Teams" and aims to analyze the importance of shooting training, both real and simulated, and the advantages it brings to individual and collective operational development, making an analysis of the potential of simulated training and the transfer of skills to the real scenario that result from it. The development of skills in terms of weapons and firearms, in accordance with the skills required for the performance of general and particular military functions, is a current need that is constantly being updated, never forgetting that the performance of the general will depend in part on the performance of the particular, so investment in training should be a priority for all of us. The emergence and evolution of simulation systems has ensured a form of training that is similar to the real thing, with less costs, and which can benefit all military personnel and elements with similar functions. It will also show the degree of importance of firearms training in general, in the performance of skills and in the performance of the mission of our military members of the Close Protectio Units, always having as a means of comparison Units and Subunits with the same or similar missions that use these mechanisms in the search for the best possible force readiness.
