Abstract(s)
Este Relatório de Estágio tem como tema a reflexão pedagógica nos momentos de trabalho em equipa.
Assumindo-se como um estudo subjetivo, articula os fundamentos teóricos da investigação em educação com as experiências vividas durante os períodos de estágio em creche e em jardim-de-infância no segundo ciclo da formação de educadores de infância.
A investigação, de acordo com o paradigma interpretativo e com a metodologia qualitativa da investigação-ação, ambicionou compreender o potencial da prática reflexiva desenvolvida em comunidades constituídas em contextos de educação de infância.
A partir dos instrumentos e procedimentos de investigação escolhidos, bem como do modo como foram percecionadas as duas realidades de prática, são descritas e interpretadas as conceções das equipas em estudo.
Finalmente são tecidas algumas considerações críticas sobre as diversas vertentes da intervenção investigativa, com especial ênfase colocado nos sentimentos vivenciados ao longo desta experiência.
This internship’s report theme is a pedagogical reflection on team work moments. Assumed as a subjective study, it articulates the theoretical fundaments of educational investigations with experiences acquired during pre-kindergarten and kindergarten internship by the 2nd stage of kindergarten teacher’s development training. This investigation, in accordance with the interpretative paradigm and investigation-action’s qualitative methodology, strove to understand the potential of reflexive practices developed in communities built upon child education contexts. The studied team’s concepts are described and interpreted based on the chosen investigation instruments and procedures, as well as with the way both practice realities were perceived. Some final critical considerations are presented on different paths of investigational interventions with special emphasis on experienced feelings along this experiment.
