Abstract(s)
próprias características do teletrabalho.
tempo; o espaço doméstico e o horário pessoal foram as maiores adaptações feitas perante o
nesse contexto.
This work has as its theme "Profile of Functions and Skills of Human Resources Professionals Facing the Transition to Telework during the Covid-19 Pandemic” and has as objectives: to identify any changes that HR professionals had in their functions and skills due to the transition to telework, understand the adaptations that they made at the labour level, and the impact of these on their labour productivity. The relevance of this theme is due to the challenge of adaptation to a new labour modality, in such a sudden way, and how the functions of human resources develop according to the characteristics of telework. The methodology used involves a qualitative approach via interview survey, having as sample seven human resource professionals who transitioned to telework due to the covid-19 pandemic, and the data treated through a categorical content analysis. The results obtained point to the social distance and access to digital as the greatest factors of impact of telework on the job profile; it shows as fundamental skills the digital dexterity and time management; the home space and personal schedule were the greatest adaptations made in the face of telework; and labour productivity increased among most of the interviewees. This study aims to contribute to a better understanding of the transition to telecommuting during the pandemic, as well as to understand the profile of a human resources professional in this context.
